El Salvador "Cuzcachapa" Organic Coffee

The Cucachapa Coorperative is made up of over 1,300 members and is known for producing some of the best coffee in El Salvador. It was named Best Coffee Company in El Salvador in 2007. 

The Bean

Coffee from the Cuzcachapa Cooperative is strictly hard bean, grown above 3000 feet and usually the Bourbon sub variety of Arabica. This is a wet milled bean with a recommended light to medium roast which is how we roast it.

Taste

There is a very light and mild acidty in the cup with sweetness that draws people to this South American Coffee.
