Shipping and Returns


We ship to you via USPS or Fed Ex ground, depending on the farmer, roaster or location we are shipping to.  Shipping starts at $6 and maxes out at $10.   We try and keep shipping costs as low as possible.


Let us assure you, we want your shopping experience to be a good one.  That is why we have taken the time to share with you our return policy.  The return policy depends on what you are actually buying.

Coffee:  Because our coffee is roasted specifically for you, and is a perishable item, we can not accept returns.  If your coffee is delivered damaged, or there is something wrong with it (wrong beans for example), we will replace the product for you.  You need to let us know within 3 days of receipt of the product if it is damaged.  Please document the damage (pictures) so we can get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.

Coffee Makers and Accessories:  If there is something wrong with the product, please us know so we can get a replacement product for you.  All of our manufacturers stand behind their products.  Except for manufacturer defect, return shipping would be your responsibility, and depending on manufacturer, will have a 20% restocking fee that we pass on to you.
